I brought my wedding rings here to be soldered together and made sure to speak with the owner about my concerns regarding the inlay. He assured me that the work would be simple and could be done without any damage. Unfortunately, when I picked up my rings, they were mangled and destroyed.

When I tried to address the issue, the owner was dismissive and condescending, even telling me my wedding rings were “worthless” and suggesting he replace the inlay with something else. What should have been a simple repair turned into a heartbreaking experience.

He’s been doing this business for 32 years and counting... he knows what he’s doing and he gives the absolute BEST prices in Brooklyn and in the whole New York.
