The place is super pretty, very clean. They take your temperature as soon as you walk in they have the plastic shield covering you and the nail tech for covid-19 precautions. The nail tech I had was super sweet and did exactly what I wanted! Pricing is reasonable. Definitely a happy customer :)

Wow! Just left this place and all I can say is that I no longer have to look else where! the amazing customer service!! The amicable lady's doing your nails who although can't speak English very well smile and are so polite! Now let's talk about my nails because I'm obsessed can't stop looking at them. Glorious indeed! I am obsessed with my nails and the customer service at this place. After hopping from nail shop to nail shop around south Brooklyn trying to find the perfect place, I finally found it. From the time I called to make my appointment to the time I left, I was exceptionally happy. The customer service here is PHENOMENAL. You can they really take pride and truly want customers to be satisfied. Vicki did my nails and ASSURED me she would give me exactly what I wanted, and she did not disappoint me. She was meticulous and kind and explained why sometimes the differences in nail bed shapes might sometimes give different results. She had a feeling I wouldn't like the original color I chose and showed me before painting my whole hand, and sure thing she was right, I wanted to change colors! She did a better job than the original picture I showed her to work off. I am very happy coming here and thankful I stopped by!
