Great experience! Loved Joyce, she listened to me about taking off what needed to while keeping the length & giving my hair the shape that grew out. She really took the time to feel my hair and see how the curls naturally fall while asking me for my input. We also did a sheer gloss to add richness & shine, which she was spot on with the color match. The space is also beautiful & overall great vibe
Christina is amazing! She always dyes my hair exactly the color I want, and I absolutely love how it turns out. She is so kind, professional, and truly takes the time to make sure you’re happy. I only go to Christina, and I’m even willing to drive to a different borough just to have her do my hair because she’s absolutely worth it! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair. She’s the best and I highly recommend her! ❤
New client at Gem House and couldn't have loved it more. Beautiful bright airy space, super friendly folks, tasty iced coffee, reasonably easy street parking. Jun gives amazing cuts -- I'm super loyal and will follow her anywhere. Delighted that she's at Gem House now!!!
