The barbershop offers kind and highly skilled experience. The barber adapts each cut to the face and style, delivering exactly the result that makes customers happy. Every visit feels like a pleasure, with fresh and clean haircuts that give a confident strut like a runway. Conversation is fantastic and you look forward to talking with the man himself. The experience is truly great, with skilled craft that earns compliments after seeing the cut. Although a little bit pricey, the barber squeezed me in appointments and is wonderful, customers likely to come back. Many have visited more than ten times and never been disappointed, a legend and the perfect barbershop.
Ruben is very kind and highly skilled. He really knows how to adapt the cut I ask to my face and style. Every time I leave, I get exactly the cut I wanted and I’m always happy with the result (most importantly, my wife is!). It’s genuinely a pleasure to come here. 5 stars
Ruben is a barber who specializes in two things:
Haircuts that have you walking out of his shop with the confident strut usually reserved for a runway
And
Fantastic conversation that you look forward to having. You might not even visit to get your haircut; the haircut itself may just be an excuse to talk to the man himself.
I will never have another barber as long as I’m in New York and I couldn’t recommend him enough.
Little bit pricey for what I ended up getting, but Ruben was so wonderful to me that I didn't mind. He squeezed me in in between appointments which I was very grateful for, and I will likely be back!
