I bought a wrong lock for my bedroom door and they replaced it with the right one. I had my receipt with me and I showed it to them. They took the wrong lock back and they didn't create any problems for me unlike the other stores do.

Google has its location on the wrong side of the street. It's a few doors down from Texas Chicken and burgers on Flatbush ave/Dorchester rd. Great hardware, chocked full of everything!!!!
