Greetings, I want to thank you for the great service and the great help you gave me on the day of my son's funeral. The truth is that you acted as if you were part of my family because you helped me with every step from the preparations for the funeral to the day of the burial. My father in law passed away suddenly in August. We went to Frank J Barone to help us with the funeral planning and cremation services. We first met Robert, who was so helpful, sympathetic and kind. He helped us with answering all our questions and the steps needed to proceed with funeral planning. We then continued additional planning between holy cross and the funeral home with Chris and Theresa, also whom were all very helpful. When it was time for the funeral viewing services and the morning of cremation, Steve & Robert were professional, kind, funny and super helpful.
