Order some flowers over a week ago so they could be delivered yesterday at 9:30am. It was 12pm and my mother had not received her flowers. I called and an hour later the flowers were delivered, they probably forgot my order. Flower bouquet was ugly as they were only wrapped with clear wrapping paper. Disappointing.

Just went to this flower shop to choose flowers bouquet for my Anniversary. The guy who was in the the middle of the store didn't even greet me or said hello how can I help you? He just looked at me and look away. Would never come back this shop.

My husband paid EXTRA to get the flowers to my my job before 2pm as a surprise. He came home at 6 and realized I never got them. He went there, the employee tried convincing him that he gave him wrong address and the flowers were delieverd elsewhere..the reciept had correct address. Then the employee backtracked and said they were still in the van. My husband told them to deliver to my house instead now. The guy showed up at my door 45 minutes later with broken, wilted and open tulips. The stems were snapped in half on some white tulips and the pink ones petals were everywhere. There were some stems with no flowers at all because they FELL OFF. The bouquet was horrible....read full review
