It was fine. It felt like they kept trying to upcharge me for every tiny thing, which made the visit uncomfortable. The color selection was lacking and it was weird that they were all different prices. I got a pedicure, and when she finished, my big toe was kind of sloppy. I could tell she noticed, but didn’t say anything. Overall, not the best place. Felt pricey, but probably appropriate for the area. Probably won’t be back,

If you’re a PCOS girlie like me, avoid this spot. They charged me $57 (!!) for chin, upper lip and brows but it was not a professional job. They do not have the chairs for threading, you are lying down so they don’t get a good angle. I told her to try waxing my chin but the wax was not hot at all and she blamed it not working on my hard hairs. It absolutely has worked fine for me in the past…if the wax is hot. Lastly I am just really tired of these places accusing me of shaving and acting like I’ve done something wrong to have thick and dark hair. I never leave reviews but I’m getting very tired of the treatment I receive at salons. Just please be more professional... read full review

Doesn't have the high end vibe or thrills that some salon/spa's try to make a name for, but the expertise of each staff member is evident when it comes to each service offered. It's also half the price as a place like M Spa across the street.Rita stands above the rest as one of the kindest, most talented in the business.
