I would give 10 stars if I could. They have been servicing my car for 10 years (since their previous location). From broken side mirrors to air conditioning. Definitely recommend. Very professional, helpful, honest and informative!!! Doesn’t just do the job but tells me when other parts of the car might need service soon.
I must say that this place is one of the best workshops in all of New York, I went to three places to have my car fixed and none of them solved the problem, while here they solved it and my car is like new., don't lose your time going to another place, rest assured you have to come here, they give you very good treatment and help you solve the problem with your car. Excellent customer service and reasonable prices.
My car was in terrible shape. Went to 3 other shops & was told either crazy prices and would have to leave my car for 2 weeks.
Walk into flawless on a Thursday afternoon they took the car in right away had it back by Saturday morning. Fairly good pricing. My total was a little over $4000 compared to the 6500 I was quoted at other places.
They were able to fix everything everyone else couldn't and found more issues that needed addressed and got it covered. Threw in free alignments too.
Now I feel safe and confident with my wife & children being in the vehicle.
