I visit the clinic on Saturdays. The staff is helpful. The doctor explains the prescriptions and procedures. We ordered glasses and contact lenses. The contact lenses process was a bit complicated and confusing. I take part blame because of my ignorance, it was my first time ordering contact lenses. The process of ordering contact lenses could have been explained better.

I was really impressed with the quality service I received. Dr. Balwan was thorough with the eye examination. Stella did a great job in guiding me through the options available. If you are looking for great service Flatbush optical is the place.

I get all my glasses from this little ? and have no complaints.The customer service is superb and I would recommended them to any and everyone. Thank you guys. I’m on my 6th pair.
