We found an old viscose rug in a storage unit we inherited and decided to see if it could be cleaned up. The company came out for a free evaluation, and I was surprised by how much they knew about viscose rug cleaning. They were upfront about what was possible and assured me they’d treat it carefully. They picked it up, cleaned it at their factory, and brought it back looking like a completely different piece. It’s now one of our favorite additions to the house. I never expected a rug that dusty to shine like this again.

I was so happy with how responsive and easy it was to make an appointment… I was able to get someone immediately for the next day. Glenn arrived exactly when he said he would, was super communicative and very professional. We were very pleased with how our 8x10 rug came out and will absolutely and use. Highly recommend!!!

These guys are absolutely fantastic! I've never used a rug cleaning service before, but after buying a massive, dirty rug on marketplace there was no other option. The only thing was the rug was vintage, with an old backing that was cracked in multiple places. I had multiple companies come pick it up only to call me and quote me $600 to repair the entire backing. I hopped on the phone with flat rate and the rug expert on the spot told me what type of rug I had from the photos I sent him. He gave me a flat estimate for just cleaning, and promised me the rug wouldn't get cracked further.
