I don’t usually write reviews, but this one’s coming from the heart! I just moved to the neighborhood and was nervous about finding a good nail salon (had some not-so-great experiences before), but this place completely changed my mind.
Katy is amazing! She was super welcoming and helped me choose a design—even though I can be pretty indecisive 😅. She was so patient and checked in multiple times to make sure I was happy with the length, shape, color, and design. That kind of customer care is rare these days, and I really appreciated it. Angel is the BEST… she’s neat and works quickly. My malice came out beautifully….. my lashes came out perfect… the ladies at the pedicure stations are so kind and gently. I’ve been doing my nails at Five Star since 2003. Those who know, KNOW‼️
I just moved to the neighborhood and needed a new dependable nail place which is much harder than it seems so after trying out a few in the area I still wasn’t satisfied so I kept looking! Finally I’m happy to say this place is awesome! It’s clean and they’re professionals and they did an awesome job and I think I found my new nail place!! I love it here and I’ll definitely be coming back!
