I have here the most rude experience ever I arrived to my appointment 16 minutes late and the appointment was canceled already they didn’t let me in and the secretary there wasn’t act nicely

Rude young lady works at the desk of Hispanic descend. She rudely told me my insurance was only for medical. Ok so while I am checking for my dental card she says I am only telling you! although I understood her clearly . I said you don't have to keep saying it. Who hired this petty and rude young lady? I find my dental card but quickly became grateful Dr Feldman doesn't take my plan. I am a former patient who remembered his great service and wanted to come back. Also wasn't it the responsibility of the front desk to check my insurance before making an appointment. Not only was my time wasted I was treated rudely .

I highly recommend dr. Feldman for all other patients.He is very knowledgeable and professional.He explains everything easily for anyone to understand.Everyone loves his work and daily his office is always full with many new patients.Soon as you meet him,you will figure that he's one of the best dentists in New York City. Ah,I almost forgot his front desk stuff is amazing(very helpful) and his assistants are just as great!
