I’m so glad I used my own discernment and decided to have my own experience, instead of going off of the reviews because my experience was NOT like majority of the reviews I saw. I asked for miracle knots. My appointment was at 11am and I was late. I got there around 11:35-11:40, but I was still sat in a chair by 12. The woman that braided my hair did it PERFECTLY! I showed her a video and she listened to how big I wanted them as well. She was very attentive to my parts as well. AMAZING WORK. Then I went to Fatou to have her crochet the hair in. She was quick and knowledgeable about what she was doing. Everyone was very polite to me and I have a wonderful time....read full review

First time coming there, my experience was amazing even tho I spent 9 hrs in the chair it was worst it cause I’m in love with my hair❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
