Now when you pick up your glasses If the glasses need adjusting The first thing the say Is They are Not Responsible for them if they break!
Last night checked adjust in the glasses comes with the purchase
I’ve been wearing glasses my entire life and when I go to the eye doctor I buy two pairs at a time the fact that there first words are we’re not responsible for adjustments tells me to never go back

Came here February and when I came to pick up my prescription they were the wrong frames. When I said something to the lady at the front desk she ignored me. Today I came in for my follow up. I was the only black patient. Wasn’t seen for 3 hrs and everyone that came after me was seen before me. When I mentioned the frames they confirmed that they messed my order up and told me as long as I can see out of them I should be good and that they won’t fix their mistake. I do believe my treatment here was racially motivated. I will never be coming back to this place again.
They are not professional. Last year they made glasses for my kid that were very heavy and too tight.
This time I went there just to get a frame only, which is covered by Healthfirst insurance, but they refused and first claimed the insurance doesn’t allow that. Later they admitted they simply do not accept it and that the issue was not with the insurance.
Very unprofessional service. They do not deserve even one star.
