I went in for an eye exam & the experience was quick & easy. The staff are also nice & friendly. It was my first time there & I will be coming back for any future needs of my glasses.

The staff was really nice and professional and provided options and explanations for all of my questions...however, there was a tall guy with glasses on the staff who had a problem with putting his hands on me everytime he passed by or needed to grab my attention. Theres no need to stroke my back and waist to get my attention. But other than that the experience was okay.

Eyes on Liberty Terrible experience. The staff was extremely rude, and even with an 11 AM appointment I waited over two hours. I was told appointment times don’t matter, and the receptionist counted every name on the sign‑in sheet—including crossed‑out ones—to say 12 people were ahead of me. Completely unprofessional vibes. I’d strongly avoid this place.
