Been ordering here for years and never any problems called to find out the status of my order and received prompt answer I never call but my wife needs her glasses because of headaches.
Quick answer and hopefully I will get them shortly.

I have purchased 5 prescription glasses from them over 5 years. All have worked very well: they are even better than original manufacturer as they replace with better screws and nuts. Very good. Randy is the best.
