Update in November 2025: I am glad that the business values customer’s feedback, and already took action and replaced eye Doctor that caused the delay. The service is there is great and they will help you fix anything with your eyeglass for whoever walked in there. Recommended and will continue going there!
Review in early 2025: I made appointment for 4:30pm, arrived on time, waited one hour till 5:30pm and still not my turn. I had to leave due to timing. They should respect the customer’s time and do not overbook and make customers wait for such long time.

Just revisited today. Apparently my last visit was in 2018, but this place is just as friendly and professional as I remembered. You should call in advance to book an appointment, but walk-ins are okay.

I have never had a bad experience with this store. I came in today because the little screw of my glasses came off and the guy fixed it- no questions asked. I came here all the time as a kid for new glasses and I still go there now as an adult.
