Do they get everything right? Do they respect my time? Do they respect my wants and needs? Actually they have done all three during the 25 years that I have been going there. Their loyalty to me has earned my loyalty to them.

The kind folks at Eye Parlor are true professionals and define the best in customer service. I had a problem with my prescription (which I got from an optometrist at another business) and they helped me with ease and complete assurance. They're personable, caring and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!

I will only go here for frames and lenses! Unfortunately, I had to go else where because they’re booked for eye exams until end of October! Years ago, I went in for an adjustment on a pair of glasses, a random person they never met because. Long story short, they didn’t want to take a penny from me, even though I never went to them for exams, lenses or frames. From then, I said now on I will only come here for glasses. This was 4 years. (I don’t get glasses often because I barely wear them, I’m an avid contact lens wearer) lo and behold I lost my designer glasses they made for me four years ago.
