Express Construction provides reliable and reasonably priced services for a variety of projects. They offer masonry work, painting, roof repair, pavement re-doing and basement floor repair. Saiful, the owner, is attentive to client needs and budgets, creating work plans and quotes tailored to each project. His team is hardworking, punctual, and ensures the job site is cleaned daily. Clients report minimal disruption during work and a high quality finished product.
Saiful and his team were great! They did masonry work, painting and repaired a roof for me. They were on schedule, hardworking and cleaned up the job site each day before leaving. I will have them work again for me when I need housing repairs.
Needed work doing on the back walls of 2 houses - repointing and repainting, and repairs to the floor in one of the the basements. Saiful came by, inspected the job site, took measurements and came up with a work plan and a very reasonable quote.Work experience was very good - Saiful and his team were punctual, set up and did the work with minimal disruption to our lives and in a timely way. They cleaned up and took away all garbage when they finished. jJob looks great, would use Saiful and his team again.
We were taking water coming through the stucco on our extension. We had caulking everywhere to fill in cracks in the exterior. Saiful and his team did a great job resurfacing the entire extension. Two layers of cement and a waterproofing top coat. And a very nice looking finished product. His team spent over a month in our home and they were very careful to keep it clean while they worked and when they were finished. They spent significant time working in my neighbors yards on both sides and made sure to leave them undisturbed as well.Would highly recommend
