Amazing salon. I have tried to get bangs multiple times throughout my life and ive always walked away from the haircuts unhappy, concluding they just don’t work for me. I have thick wavy hair and a cowlick, so it’s not necessarily an easy hairstyle for me. I’m so glad I gave them another try at eshk, because I got the best haircut of my life, with bangs that work perfectly for me. I still haven’t grown them out a year later because I love them so much. As always, Reina is my best hairstylist ever in NYC. I came in with an idea of short hair. She walked me through the whole process, from how I would like my hair to be, to whether I need to shorten the bangs, to whether I would mostly style my hair rather than keep it straight. More than that is the honesty and hospitality. Plus, the salon has a clean, aesthetic, and welcoming vibe. I’m obsessed ♥️
