My normal hairdresser became unavailable, so I took a chance on Reina/ESHK, and I’m glad I did! I went from a long layered cut to a short layered cut, and it turned out great. She put a lot of care into the layers and my bangs, and spent a lot of time thinning out my thick hair. She listened to my preferences and paid close attention to the reference. She also gave professional insight. The end styling was a little simple which is understandable, but after I got home and did my own styling, I felt much more confident. I did a dry haircut.
Sayu was lovely. She was so gentle yet decisive with her tools that I quickly felt at ease and dozed off during my appointment. When I woke up, I had the hairstyle that I requested. Positively delightful experience. I will be back.
