I love this place Chiquita is the best she will make your hair grow with all her love and attention to your hair.
I have natural hair. Initially, my first wash and set was fine, I used my own products. They blow dry well. The second time I went, I didn't have my products and got a wash and set. When I finally washed my hair at home, it smelled of relaxer, my hair was coming out in clumps and my curl pattern was loose and stringy. I was like "this can't be happening". I met my mom later that day and she kept asking if I relaxed my hair, just from the smell. When I went back to tell them what happened, of course they denied it. I showed them photos, tried to reason etc and ended up being told that I was a liar and that no one in the salon is going to touch my hair... read full review
Seconding the latest review. Customer service sucks! Unwelcoming and unable to communicate in English. Was quoted one price then for the simplest thing it was more money. They just look at you like I don't need your one support/ business but forgetting one more hair client means recommendations.
