Absolutely amazing!! Have has revived so many of my old or vintage items and made them look like new. Not to mention he’s quick and the sweetest. Couldn’t recommend him more. He also offers shoe lamination services that have saved all my footwear from tarnishing. Go to him!

He may know his craft, but he knows two words: I'm busy. And for good measure, he says it with an angry mean face. If you're okay with that, then go for it.

There are too many shoe repair shops for me to deal with pros who push people away. Just not my style. My amazing shoe repair shop who I have been going to for 20 years, is closed for a bit.

The sole of my heeled boot broke. Cracked wide open. I wondered whether anyone would have repaired it, in fact, Mr. Efim said the same: "Buy a new one", and I almost left in despair. But I really wanted those shoes, because it was so comfortable, high heel shoes or boots exactly, that is rare to find one. So I asked again, what can he do with it. And then he said $40. For all the comfort, and getting my shoes back working, it was well worth it. And he made it "new". I could not believe it when I went back to pick it up. I even posted a short, 1 min video on YouTube. Nice job. Thank you so much! Appreciated!
