I've been coming here for 2 years for my daughter hair & I always leave satisfied Tomorrow is her bday & she got her hair done today & I hate it!!! It's nothing like the style I wanted I had to go home & cut access hair from around her head then to top it off she has her own hair missing out of a braid. So it's a strand of her real hair juss Hanging. Usually when she gets her hair done they ask me do I want to start it with weave or not this time I was not asked that at all & she started the braids with weave. Her hair is just growing back healthy I'm afraid that it will fall out. The style I wanted braids were in a ponytail to the side is her ponytail on the side? NO I didn't leave with the hairstyle I wanted and I would never let Ola touch me or my daughters hair again. If you didn't know how to do it you should've said it!!!!

Bookie is my forever go to person! She's the best beautician I've been going to her for a couple of years now when it comes to great prices an 80$ sew in you can't be that, good vibes and she actually cares about slaying that closure. I wouldn't suggest going to anyone else, I made that mistake once and my closure pulled up two days later smh. The owner from what I experienced doesn't treat the staff well...she comes off very unpleasant. The workers all get along and work together so it makes the environment chill. It's in the heart of Brownsville so while waiting for your hair you might just find a guy come upstairs bust open a bag with some hair and body products for cheap. Might even catch a booster or two with some clothes lol. All in all this is my forever go to spot because it's cheap, lasts long and Bookie is the best !

Not the most 5 star facilities and let's be real you're in the heart of Brownsville but honestly these ladies get busy any style you want can be done in this salon. My first experience was not the best but my hair came out great so they will deff always be my go to salon when in need of my hair done. And prices are much cheaper then most places just make sure they tell you the price first and stick with it.
