Dr. Alexander Shapsis is absolutely the best gastroenterologist that I've ever seen! He's very caring and kind to all of his patients. He's very professional and makes sure that you are well taken care of. He let's you know immediately what his thoughts about your symptoms are. His bedside manners are excellent. I feel confident and relaxed in Dr. Shapsis care. Dr. Shapsis staff is far superior than most. He takes exceptional care of me. I always leave his office a lot better off than I came. Dr. Shapsis is a great doctor, he’s very knowledgeable and professional however, I’m giving stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ because I’ve been waiting since Nov 2024 to have my endoscopy/ colonoscopy done. When they finally give me a date to come in they end up pushing me back until the end of the month. I’m left feeling absolutely terrible because of this.
