Dov does a great job. He's not cheap, but when I hire Dov, I know he'll communicate clearly and promptly with me, show up on time, do quality work, and stand behind it. I like how he asks me to mail him a little video of the problem--a leak or whatever--and he'll diagnose it and give me a price and a time he can come over the phone, even in the evening. It's great to find such an honest and responsive person to work with.

There was an issue with my toilet--every time I would flush, the water would rise and then go down very slowly. I tried baking soda and vinegar, cleaner and boiling hot water, nothing would work. I also couldn't get a hold of the super. I decided to pull up my yelp app for nearby plumbers and came across Dov Sewer and Drain. I called them up and was able to speak to someone right away. I explained my situation and he asked what neighborhood I live in. I'm in Crown Heights which worked out because he was close to my location. I found DOV on Yelp a few years ago and I'm so GLAD I did:I recently had the pleasure of working with Dov for a plumbing issue at my home, and I can't recommend him highly enough.
