Dov Sewer & Drain Plumbing is a reliable and trustworthy business known for their expertise in plumbing services. They are good at what they do, timely, and communicative. Johan, who came for the initial diagnosis, was thorough and spent a couple hours to check everything to identify the issue causing a leak. Dov, the owner, responded to all messages over multiple days and had multiple calls to help through the process. Customers have praised their ability to fix problems quickly, such as a broken furnace or clogged drain, often offering helpful advice over the phone. They are very responsive and professional. They appeared within two hours for different jobs and completed the jobs quickly and professionally. They explain everything they are doing while they work, and are always courteous and happy to answer questions. Their professionalism and fair pricing have led to long-term customer satisfaction, making them a solid choice for any plumbing work.
Dov Plumbing has helped us with numerous issues: frozen pipes, leaky/loose faucet, sewer cleaning, clogged drains. They always take the time to do the job right, are prompt and professional, and stand by their work. Recently a faucet started leaking again a few months after they repaired it, and they came back to repair it again for free. I recommend them without reservation and would absolutely use their services again.
I had to get an emergency service to unclog my drain and Dov came right away. They were very responsive and communicated well. They came earlier than the time they provided. This was the best service I had received when dealing with a plumbing service! Job well done!
Very helpful with a pipe issue under our sink. was willing to work with our finicky landlord and even came back the next day for no charge to tighten a pipe that wasn’t quite right. very kind and proficient, highly recommend!
