My experience has been nothing short of terrible. If I could put less that one star I will.She is very unkind and will not send you your paper work when you need it. She messes up your tax papers and will refused to send you your 1040 except you come to her office. I approached her respectfully , trying to communicate with her to send me my paper work and she refused to because it was unconvincing for her. Stay far away from this tax company , that’s the best thing you can do for yourself.
