Don’t think I’ve ever took time to write a review in my life but I had such a terrible experience today that I had to.. Lucy is not good at doing feet at all, needs to learn more English and customer service is 0 out of 10 extremely rude. Female manager at front isn’t good at problem solving and tries to charge customers more money for her coworkers mistakes. Only good experience I’ve had is with Steven.

Mia did a great job with my gel manicure; however, the business needs to be more transparent about their additional fees. $5 to pay by card is ridiculous. The sign upon entry suggests a $5 card minimum, but nowhere does it say there’s an additional cost to pay by card.

Fenny does a good job but DO NOT let Candy touch your nails. I’ve gone here multiple times and this most recent time Candy did my nails - she rushed everything and cut me (making me bleed) and was very short/dismissive on any comment I made about my nail health.
I still tipped fairly (20%) and didn’t cause a riff because I felt a clearly articulated review is way more necessary because Brooklyn has nail shops every where and you should go where the service will be decent and the person doing the work isn’t rude.
