They haven been good for helping cleaning my apt when I moved out, my empty house before moving in, and my tenant unit. However they didn’t do a good job on the post construction cleaning for my unit as I told them to and paid them for. Their rate is not low. The post construction rate was $45/ hour. When I pay this high amount I expect the job to be done nicely. But instead her team did a regular cleaning only. And I had to point out several spots for them to do the post construction cleaning. Not sure if there was a miscommunication between kate and her crew.

Kate and her team were amazing and really went above and beyond to ensure we were satisifed and happy with the final product. We have used them before for a much needed cleaning after a renovation and we just used them again last week for a deep cleaning of our place. We would certainly use them again and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good cleaning service. Thank you!
