I went there to support local and American owned shop, the guy behind the counter acted bothered by me asking for help or a question about a ceiling box as a DIY'er , he looked down on me like I wasn't good enough to communicate with him or some illiterate, shame on you pal that's why the Chinese are ripping American owned shops like YOU out of business stay home and play with your Xbox and drink beer .

I went to this UPS access point to drop off my pre-paid package. There was a grey hair man called Sal (not sure whether I got the name right) at the back when I entered the shop. After I put down my UPS package on the counter table and told him it was for a return, he said he needed $1 for him to do that. A tiny voice in my head said 'You need $1 to move it from the counter table to the floor?', I didn't think that was funny, but anyways, I waited a few seconds, expecting him burst into laugh and say it was just a bad joke.
