I basically paid $40 to ruin my hair The guy who works there messed up my haircut. Did the complete opposite of what i wanted its my fault though i keep coming back, i wont anymore, keep giving them chances when clearly they dont know how to follow basic instructions

I asked for a simple 0 number haircut and scratched me all over with the machine. Be care-full with this place. Im bold half the time and never had been scratched like this before.

D class - ruined my hair I asked for a few strands to fall around my face and trim (long layers at the ends)
I got 3 choppy layers, (shortest layer first) my hair looks like a bell with a tail. They didn’t understand what blending or feathering was. The owner had to come in and cut more hair and still left unhappy. Sat in the chair for 2 hours trying to communicate how they did not do what I had asked for.
