i have dealt with this company for over 10 years, but after what i experienced with them over the past week never again. i get mistakes happen but the rude behavior and total disregard for the customers needs and concerns. Even when i report the behavior to the boss ramon nothing changed he was even rude himself he promised to investigate the situation and get back to me. He never called back i had to call and i was met with tomorrow is the only date i have you want it or not. never the less i cancelled the appointment with crane called another company who was at my home within 3 hours problem solve.

Really disappointed in their service. Unreliable and will leave you waiting at home for days without any updates on when a repairman is actually going to come. Our fridge broke on a Sunday and our landlord engaged Crane to fix it. Someone came out on Wednesday and identified the issue. They got our fridge semi-working again, and said they'd have to come back the next day to replace a broken part. We moved meetings around and changed our work schedules so that one of us could work from home. No-one came. No call to let us know. Again, no-one the next day, until we called in the afternoon and they told us the part wasn't available, so they'd need to come back next week....read full review

Crane Cooling came several times to my apartment and each time was unable to fix the fridge and freezer. Instead of requesting management to purchase a new fridge and freezer they keep sending the same person who has been making things worse with each supposed repair.
