I have been going to Jocelyn for years. Cottage provides a holistic self-care experience beyond your hair services. Every appointment is a couple hours of “me” time. It is a calm serene place and Jocelyn is an expert stylist. As someone who has short hair, I’m very discerning and have high expectations that Jocelyn completely exceeds. She will work thoughtfully with the natural shapes and textures of your hair to make you look your best with a fresh and modern cut.
