I've been a loyal customer since Twinkles hair salon days (IYKYK); Fion and her crew branched out of their business and relocated to Bayridge. To be honest, the new location is out of my way- and I did try out other salons around my neighborhood. Alas, I still end up going back to Fion and her coworkers. I liked the way they treat my hair with care and really cater my haircuts to frame my face and gives me good advice on how to maintain my colored hair. I loved the incredible neck massages that I get with my hair-wash. Overall, I found my go-to spot and I am not trading it back for other salons.
LOVE wtv she did with my hair! In such affordable price. I've been recieving sm compliments from everyone, and gurlies be asking where I got my hair cut from, I redirect ALL of them to this place.

I’ve been wanting to get a haircut for months after having not so positive experiences in the area! But WOW, Cool Salon really is amazing! The staff is friendly and kind, so so sweet; they listen intently and really know their stuff! Fiona was a joy and I couldn’t have asked for a better haircut for my birthday! I have thicker coarse hair and she did an amazing job, even fixing up my buzz cut in the back! I can’t thank you all enough ❤️
