Yo my main man Jerry helped us out of a HUGE bind! He was very helpful with diagnostics and was super upfront about the costs! He even offered some advice to the guys that my building manager brought in too just so that we would be well taken care of! If you need a plumber in Brooklyn this is where you go!!!
Jerry saved us hundreds with a quick phone consult, he was professional and easy to communicate with. The quote for the service was reasonable and fixed not BS. They offered to come within 3 hours. I’ll have to update with details later but we went from the responsibility being put on us by building management to it being recognized as not stemming from our apartment. The management company is now (hopefully we think) going to cover it and we will (hopefully we think) not have to pay out of pocket. Jerry and CID were very helpful. We’re moving into a new apartment and he was available to talk me through our issues when I was worried that something may have been off.
I’m going to hire them to sign off on the apartments plumbing and make sure the water gets as hot as it should.
