Our apartment had a huge leak due to a detached roof pipe that was flooding our apartment at 3am. Jerry and his colleague immediately knew the issue (which was major!), and brainstormed a solution that solved the problem to stop the flooding. Yo my main man Jerry helped us out of a HUGE bind! He was very helpful with diagnostics and was super upfront about the costs!
