Brenda was terrific. My first time taking her class. Will do it again as I start to add classes on Weekends. I usually take Eden’s Wednesday evening class and really like it too.
Megan was great! The right amount of intensity and core work as I am returning from a hip injury. She was very attentive and gave adaptations when needed.
Megan has got a great energy and demeanor and she’s an excellent knowledgeable teacher. She helps you use the out breathing to directly strengthen your core. I took Kristina’s 1.5 cardio sculpt class this morning. What a way to kick off the week! It was challenging but fun and she gives very clear instructions. I think she may have been a substitute so I hope I can find this on the schedule again!
