We've been using Clearity for years. We have City-Quiet double windows and screens and it's a tricky job, but they always come are extremely careful to not dirty up our light gray rugs, and they work quickly and when they leave they take the grime of the city with them and our windows are sparkling clean. We wouldn't used anyone else.

I used Clearity for years...always paid my check and was told tax was included in the price. Last week they came to clean my windows and at the end I was informed the price had gone up and if I paid by check they had to add tax. (Oh, but if I made my check out to "Cash" then I didn't have to pay the tax.) When I complained they called the office and I was promised a call back within 1 minute. I waited over 5 and finally just added the tax to my check and told them to leave. If you use Clearity make sure they tell you the price up front.
