Very pleasant staff, always helpful and friendly. The parking lot is never crowded and you can do other things on the ave while clothes dry. Customer restroom available. Had fun trying the arcade machine in the back and the tv is on for entertainment. Only issue is the machines have problems every now and then but they usually have a technician on site. I would say always test some dryers before drying because sometimes they dont get hot, or turn properly, or the card reader might be broken. Other than that, it's always a very pleasant experience!!
It’s always a pleasure going to this laundromat especially on the days that Mr. Miguel Cortez is there. The laundromat is always spotless, every customer receives undivided attention and immediate assistance. Although there are other laundromats in my vicinity, I prefer to go the distance at 39th Street because of the professional service I receive from someone who really knows how to keep the customers happy and always coming back! He truly is a 5+ star individual who should receive a promotion! ???
it was fine. not to crowded on a tuesday and dryers are free. the man working there wasnt wearing a mask, or enforcing any kind of mask rules, but what do you expect from a laundromat at least nobody tried to steal anything or fight me
