I bought glasses and had no problemsWife bought spent almost 1000 and they submitted only 350 to my insurance. Don't know why.Gave some dumb excuse.But otherwise ok service wise except took longer to get contacts than glasses

I have not been back to City Optic since four years ago that was what Dr. Chen said to me when he reviewed my medical record. I just want to tell everyone the staffs there are very courteous and very patient. In addition, I believe Dr. Chen did an awesome job with my eye prescription. He did it with precision. I am now able to do my work on the computer as well as see far distance. I am so glad I lost my eyeglasses so I can go back and get my eye exam again. I highly recommend this place! My girlfriends glasses popped out and I walked by this store and the owner was really nice and helped pop the lens back in place and tighten the screws. The store is really nice and has nice selection of sunglasses.
