Knowing a good tailor is something you expect when you live in New York City but surprisingly most are now chain operations outsourcing work to people you'll never see or meet. This place is a different story. Yeah, you have to call and make an appointment but don't let that deter you. The person who picks up the phone is going to be there to greet you on your way in. Oh and that room you walk into, the one packed with sewing machines (and some great art), that's where all the work is done. Arthur is a lover of clothing and you can tell by looking at the guy! He spends the time making sure you're getting what you pay for and he's earned my respect several times over....read full review
I have been working with Arthur for about 3 years and will NEVER use another tailor!
He is fast, kind, and always delivers. I have gotten pants, dresses, tops, you name it, altered, and have never had any issues.

I cannot recommend Arthur and Natalie at Chasing Tailor enough! They worked on my wedding dress and not only fixed it quickly and flawlessly, but made the entire process genuinely enjoyable.
