From the moment we entered the optical store, Mark greeted my husband and me with a warm welcome. While my husband took a seat, I began speaking with Mark, and within just a couple of minutes, he completely understood what I was looking for in my new pair of glasses. He quickly grasped my style, needs, and preferences, and presented me with several great options.
Mark patiently worked with me to narrow them down to my top three choices and helped me select the perfect pair. Throughout the entire process, he was attentive, patient, and offered thoughtful feedback on every pair I tried on. His professionalism and genuine care made the experience enjoyable and stress-free.
I’ve been going to Canarsie Optical for about 4 years. My daughter goes now & my MIL. We love it. Great customer service, take the time to explain prescriptions and eye care. And all the hottest frames you can imagine. 10/10
Mark is such a nice and fair optometrist. I came in with my frames and prescription and gave me a wonderful deal on 2 pairs of glasses. Left out of his store with both pairs in less than 20 min. Thank you!
