Our contractor works with Brooklyn Window and Door. We found their prices competitive with the large internet companies but their customer service was outstanding. We worked with Robert who went through the different details, color and stain selections, etc. It helped to have his advice as we went through many possible choices to find a simple and modern look for our Brooklyn rowhouse.

Decent prices and service at the store. However, when I had a problem with a new Anderson door (10 year warranty) I was told I had to call Anderson, then Anderson will only send you the part. You have to fix the problem yourself!!I feel that withholding that information was totally unethical. I would have never purchased a door and multiple windows from them if I am responsible for fixing anything that goes wrong with the purchased products. And by saying "it's warranted for 10 years " is deceiving.

I'm currently renovating my home and Frank was so great to work with. He expertly handled our orders, advised us on items that matched both our aesthetic and price range, and was always available to answer questions via email or on the phone. We had some delays with our window purchase but Frank helped us handle it with the manufacturer and when construction in NYC resumed, he was attentive and prompt in getting our order on site. I had a nice experience working with this company and will likely work with them again in the future.
