Mike and Oxley at Brooklyn Window & Door are the BEST! Not only are they knowledgeable about windows and doors, but they also helped me find the RIGHT windows for my house. I never write reviews but wanted to give credit to Mike and Oxley.

I used this company for all my windows and doors for a new build less than ten years ago. Very happy with everything we purchased. Unfortunately My 4 hexagon windows (sashes) needed to be replaced and I contacted them to see what could be done. Mike worked with me and the vendor - I provided photos - and it took a while but he didn't give up and I ended up with four new sashes provided by the company free of charge. I would highly recommend them!!

Our contractor works with Brooklyn Window and Door. We found their prices competitive with the large internet companies but their customer service was outstanding. We worked with Robert who went through the different details, color and stain selections, etc. It helped to have his advice as we went through many possible choices to find a simple and modern look for our Brooklyn rowhouse.
