One customer reported a skylight dripping during heavy rain; the worker recognized the issue right away, diagnosed it, explained how extensive the repair would be, and recommended a more permanent repair of replacing the skylight. The customer opted to reFlash around the skylight and all seams between the glass; the worker grabbed material, was back within an hour, and the job was fixed by 5pm. The price was reasonable, and the company let the customer know to contact them if any more issues came up. Another customer needed a fallen rear roof gutter replaced for an elderly neighbor; the contractor gave a price quote based on images, explained options, checked his schedule, and squeezed the job in the next day before noon. The guys arrived around 10 something ready to work and not only replaced the rear gutter but also touched up the front that needed attention. The contractor showed up on time, did a great job, and offered the best price out of 5 other people contacted. Customers highly recommend Brooklyn Fix A Roof Roofing Contractor and will certainly use them again.
