I was a permanent customer with a membership card. I liked a quality of the carwash despite it's kind of far away from my home. Everytime I was spending from $32 till $47(silver&golden packages) including tips. And when the card has leftover 2 or 3 carwash to get a free carwash, on the cashier told me that its under new management and card not working anymore. It's feels like you got tricked, especially I was driving alk the way from Brighton Beach Area. I hope the new management will do something about, because otherwise it's no sense to come all the way here, when a few carwash around the area I live.

I think everyone who writes a review must visit a particular place 2-3 times before you lambast a business.
That one bad experience could have been a mix of you and whoever you had to deal with having a bad day. If you visit 2-3 times and you get the same treatment then we know they have issues.
I had a soso experience first time around, guess what, they’ve been my carwash ever since. Sometimes it takes us as customers to enhance our experience.
They do an excellent job inside and out consistently and above all else the prices are still reasonable.

It's been awhile since I've found a decent car wash spot but this one succeeded my expectations. I'm amazed at how expensive car washes are now and the end results aren't always satisfying. However, at Brooklyn Car spa the money spent was worth the service.The staff were cool and friendly and worked very hard to get your car looking clean and refreshed. There are tons of different packages to choose from to suit your car needs. I will definitely keep this place bookmarked and return for another wash for my boo. LOL
