I had an exceptional experience repairing a damaged implant here with Dr. Nalitt (that was nearly 7 years old that I had gotten done elsewhere.)
It took a few days to schedule it, but they fit me in as early as they could during a very busy period, and Dr. Nalitt was very considerate, and did a great job explaining all my options, while also navigating budget concerns with me.
Thankfully, it was a best case scenario, and he was able to repair the implant for me without aggressive oral surgery on this day. I was done within an hour of arriving for my appointment.
