I am so grateful that I found Elena and Brighton Yoga Studio. Elena is the best Yoga teacher I have experienced. I have tried other yoga classes, but none could compare to the way she thoroughly explains each pose. I see all the students at Brighton Yoga studio have been there for years and enthusiastically keep coming back! I feel so good after taking even a few of Elena’s yoga classes, I wish I could take yoga with Elena every day!
Good way to start the day, just the right amount of movement and stretching to get my body moving . The instructor’s are experienced and friendly. I feel much better since my back injury in the past. I feel totally fineBeautiful space and atmosphere.
I have been attending classes at the Brighton yoga studio for 7 years and it has been a life-changing experience. I owe my physical and mental health to an amazing teacher Elena and Iyengar method. I highly recommend Brighton Yoga studio.
