My husband and I feel incredibly fortunate to have recently engaged Lloyd’s services at Brightstar for our AC repair. We had been having issues with the central air in our home following a recent heatwave.
Another company had failed to help us at all (despite charging us hundreds for multiple visits, tests, etc.). But after we engaged Lloyd for a second opinion, he was clearly more knowledgeable, experienced, and easier to work with than anyone we head dealt with previously. He got our system back up and running very quickly, and we will strictly use Brightstar for all of our A/C needs going forward.
Our boiler broke and we lost hot water hours before a the start of a 3 day holiday weekend. After calling multiple vendors who weren’t willing to come due to the holidays, Lloyd came literally within minutes of us calling! He was incredibly professional and knowledgeable, and very quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. We are so grateful Lloyd for your hard work and kindness. Would definitely recommend - would give ten stars if I could!
