Not all change is good. Since they started outsourcing their dry cleaning, they are no longer a place to go for specialty cleaning. They still do a good job on the basics, but more often they just tell me they can't clean my items. Sadly they are loosing much of my business because of this change. No need to go the extra distance when it's now just no different than any other clearners in the neighborhood.

Best dry cleaners in the area - got a stain out of my suit that I thought was done for at a fair price. Will continue to come back as needed, they also have a tailor for alterations that comes in on Fridays.

Very solid drycleaner from my experience. I've never taken them anything really complicated but they've never lost or damaged anything, so in drycleaner terms, that's excellent.
