    What a lovely studio. I was fortunate to have a private with Lauren Q. who has such a deep understanding of shoulder and neck issues. She really helped me improve my posture and think about how to move forward with a Pilates routine. Can’t wait to go back!

    Whether you are a beginner or an expert the Body Tonic instructors will take you where you are, make you stronger with skill and grace and ultimately enhance your life and health. What could be better than that? I would give six google stars if that were an option!

    I have been practicing Pilates for almost a decade, both online and in person. I have to share that my class yesterday with Angelina was fabulous. Her adjustments were spot-on, and today I am feeling the aftermath throughout my transverse abdominals in the most wonderful way; that reminder that I worked my muscles well, and hit areas that are often missed with solo practice. Thank you so much, Angelina! Romana and Joseph would be proud.
